• Proven sales experience in automotive or similar industry.

Responsibilities

• Promote Toyota vehicles, dealership products, services, and promotional programs to prospective customers.
• Generate sales leads through showroom activities, referrals, field activities, events, and other marketing channels.
• Assist in implementing sales and marketing strategies to support dealership objectives.
• Identify customer needs and provide information and recommendations on Toyota vehicles and available programs.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and customers to support sales conversion and retention.
• Provide professional and responsive customer service throughout the sales process.
• Present vehicle features, benefits, and pricing clearly and accurately.
• Handle inquiries and negotiate within dealership policies.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and other departments to facilitate transactions.
• Maintain records of customer leads, activities, follow-ups, and transactions.
