Qualifications

• Knowledge of logistics, transportation, and distribution operations.
• Data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Process improvement and Kaizen mindset.
• Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Willing to perform process observation and field-based operational monitoring.
• Willing to work on shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control day-to-day vehicle distribution operations to meet delivery targets and KPIs.
• Coordinate with Logistics Service Providers, port operators, shipping lines, and transport carriers for timely movement.
• Monitor vehicle handling to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and delivery standards.
• Consolidate, analyze, and report daily delivery performance and issues.
• Track performance indicators and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct Performance Evaluations of LSPs based on KPIs.
• Observe processes to verify compliance with SOPs and project requirements.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Mechanical Engineering
