Job summary

Gentle Supreme Philippines Inc. is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive sales by monitoring budgets, stock, pricing, and market share, and by preparing reports to guide go-to-market strategies. The role focuses on maximizing sales and product visibility across channels.

You will coordinate with distributor coordinators, oversee in-store advertising and promotional programs, and conduct business reviews with distributor leadership to ensure objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of Area Sales Manager or FMCG sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly sales budget through monitoring sales data, out of stock, pricing, stock levels, market share, quality of display and analyze this information to prepare reports for go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with Coordinators of Distributor(s) to align business objectives.
• Manage in-store advertising, customized merchandising and promotional programs.
• Conduct periodic business reviews or Joint Business Plan with top management of distributors.
• Ensure cost and receivables are within budget limits through monitoring cost-to-sales ratios and Days Sales Outstanding targets.
• Manage sales returns within policy through enforcement of standards in trade.
• Prepare, propose, and implement business-building plans for each distributor.

Job Profile:

• Deliver monthly sales budget through monitoring sales data, out of stock, pricing, stock levels, market share, quality of display (account merchandising standard based on Canvass Priorities) and analyze this information and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement to be able to implement go-to-market strategies in maximizing sales and product visibility.

• Ensure collaborate with Coordinators of Distributor(s) to align the business objectives.

• Manages in store advertising, customized merchandising and promotional programs.

• Conduct periodic business reviews or Joint Business Plan with the top management/decision makers of assigned distributors.

• Ensure cost and receivables are within budget limits through stringent observation of cost to sales ratios and Days Sales Outstanding targets.

• Manage sales returns within company’s acceptable level through consistent observation and enforcement of B.O. policy, product handling, and implementation of prevention programs in trade.

• Prepares, propose, and implement business-building plans for each distributor.

Job Requirements:

• College graduate

• With 2 years of experience as Area Sales Manager or FCMG Sales position is required

• Highly effective oral and written communication skills required in articulating strategies to top management internally and externally

• Must be able to collaborate effectively within a multicultural environment
