Job summary

Hr Primo Management Services in the Philippines is recruiting an Area Operations Manager to oversee pawnshop branch operations, ensure efficiency, compliance, and achievement of business targets across lending, appraisal, redemption, and sales.

You will coach branch supervisors, enforce controls, travel to branches regularly, and drive performance improvements through coaching, training, and regular performance reviews.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in branch operations, retail finance, or pawnshop services.
• Prior supervisory experience in multi-branch management is required.
• Experience in pawnshop, retail banking, or financial services industry is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to coach and develop staff.
• Knowledge of operational controls, cash handling, and compliance standards.
• Training in operations management, compliance, or leadership is an advantage.
• Willing to travel regularly to assigned branches.
