Job summary

TigerUx in the Philippines seeks an Area Manager for RETAIL/GROCERY to oversee multi-site stores across Cavite, Caloocan, Manila and surrounding areas. You will conduct regular store visits, review performance, and guide Store Managers to uphold SOPs.

You will lead recruitment, training, KPI analysis, budgeting, and drive improvements in sales and efficiency, with travel across Metro Manila and nearby provinces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years in retail, fast food or multi-site operations; F&B experience preferred.
• Strong people leadership with 3+ years managing store managers and teams.
• Experience in recruitment, training, and employee development.
• Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and performance monitoring.
• Experience overseeing multiple store operations and supporting new openings.
• Ability to analyze KPIs, manage budgets, and drive business results.
• Organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to ensure operational consistency and high standards across locations.
• Results-oriented with focus on continuous sales, productivity, and efficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; cross-functional collaboration.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

• Train and develop Store Managers while ensuring the effectiveness of store-level training programs.
• Manage leave schedules of Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers to support operational needs.
• Recommend Store Manager candidates and provide staffing recommendations to management.
• Participate in management meetings and contribute to operational and business improvement initiatives.
