Job summary

TigerUX is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee multi-site store performance in the Philippines. You will drive KPIs, lead store managers, and coordinate openings, training, and staffing across regions.

Responsibilities include visiting stores, guiding operations, implementing local marketing, and ensuring consistency of standards. Travel to deployment areas will be required. Strong leadership and communications are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years in retail, fast food, or multi-site operations.
• Experience leading store managers and recruitment activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in retail, fast food, or a similar multi-site operational

environment.

• Strong people leadership with 3+ years of experience managing store managers and teams.
• Experience in recruitment, training, and employee development.
• Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and performance monitoring.
• Experience overseeing multiple store operations and supporting new store openings
• Ability to analyze KPIs, manage budgets, and drive business results.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to ensure operational consistency and high standards across multiple locations
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement in sales, productivity, and efficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
• Must have experience in F&B industry.
