Job summary

JBSY Food and Beverages Corp. in the Philippines is seeking an Area Sales Manager (Coffee Shop) to oversee multiple branches, drive sales, and ensure service, quality, and cleanliness across locations.

You will train store managers, manage staffing, analyze sales data, and collaborate with HR and Operations while traveling between branches to maximize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 2–3 years experience in retail, F&B, or multi-store management.
• Field work and travel between branches required.
