Job summary

Philfasten Industries Inc. is seeking an Area Manager to supervise YADEA motorcycle branches across assigned areas. You will lead Branch Managers, drive sales growth, and ensure everyday operations meet performance targets.

You’ll analyze sales, monitor inventory and service quality, visit branches regularly, and collaborate with Head Office on promotions and initiatives. The role requires travel between branches and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience managing multiple branches in retail, automotive, motorcycle, or dealership sectors.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Strong sales, operations, and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Willing to travel frequently between branches.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and performance of multiple YADEA branches.
• Drive sales growth and ensure achievement of monthly targets.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate Branch Managers and branch personnel.
• Monitor inventory, branch profitability, and operational compliance.
• Conduct regular branch visits, audits, and performance reviews.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalated issues.
• Implement company policies, promotions, and operational standards.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales and operational reports.
