MR DIY Philippines is looking for a Manager to oversee 80-150 stores in North Luzon. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management and have at least 15 years of working experience, with 8 years in a managerial role in the F&B or retail industry. Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and coaching skills are essential. The position entails ensuring compliance with company policies, conducting market research, and creating performance reports. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages up to 80-150 stores across North Luzon.
• Ensure all pending store maintenance issues are solved.
• Ensure in-store assignments comply with SOP.
• Maintain consistency of marketing efforts across assigned stores.
• Work closely with the team to establish project objectives and monitor progress.
• Create reports and presentations summarizing incidents and targets.
• Conduct market research and evaluate competitors.
• Forecast and plan for future departmental needs.
