• Work closely with the team on projects and objectives.
• Create reports to summarize findings and evaluate performance.
• Conduct market research to evaluate competitors.
• Forecast and plan departmental needs.

Job description

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

At least 15 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably with at least 8 Year(s) of Managerial experience in F&B or Retail Industry.

Responsibilities

• Manages up to 80-150 stores. Manages the North Luzon Stores.
• Ensure all pending store maintenance issues are solved from time to time.
• To ensure all in-store assignments directed / published are executed and complying with SOP.
• To ensure that marketing efforts are consistent across all stores assigned.
• To ensure store assignments adheres to company policy & industry regulations.
• Work closely with the team to establish projects, objectives, timeliness, monitor progress and evaluate performance.
• Creates report & presentation to summarize findings of incidents, unachieved sales targets & high losses.
• Evaluating competitor through market research and survey.
• Researching demands of market research and survey.
• Review, forecast and plan succeeding/future zonal & departmental needs.
• Other job-related tasks may be assigned from time to time.
