Job summary

Autoglass.Ph.,Inc is seeking an Area Manager to oversee all Visayas branches and drive sales growth. You will ensure smooth branch and warehouse operations, coordinate with partners, and align activities with company goals across the Visayas region.

The role requires leadership in managing multiple sites, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel across Visayas to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any business-related course.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Experience in warehousing or inventory management.
• Strong leadership and project management abilities.
• Willing to travel within Visayas
• Valid driver’s license and knows how to drive.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager to oversee and manage all Visayas branches of Autoglass.Ph., Inc. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening customer and partner relationships, ensuring smooth branch and warehouse operations, and maintaining alignment with company goals and standards.

The Area Manager plays a vital role in expanding the company’s market presence, improving operational performance, and leading teams toward success across the Visayas area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any business-related course
• At least 2–3 years of experience in sales and marketing
• With warehousing or inventory management experience
• Strong decision-making skills in operations and sales management
• Excellent leadership and project management abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Capable of leading and motivating teams
• Willing to travel within Visayas
• With valid driver’s license and knows how to drive
