Job summary

AXA Philippines is seeking an Area Manager for Bancassurance in Metro Manila to lead a team of financial executives and drive growth of the bancassurance business.

You will implement sales strategies, coach the team, partner with banks for cross-selling, ensure compliance, and report performance to senior management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales management or team leadership in insurance/financial services
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales targets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to motivate a team
• Analytical mindset to identify and address performance gaps
• Thorough understanding of insurance products and bancassurance model
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field

The Opportunity

Become an Area Manager for the Bancassurance department at AXA Philippines, one of the leading insurance providers in the country. This full-time role is based in Metro Manila and offers the opportunity to lead a team of insurance sales professionals and drive the growth of AXA's bancassurance business.
