Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking an Area Manager for the MCRP02 project in San Fernando, Pampanga. You will manage the full lifecycle of structural engineering projects, lead a team of engineers and designers, and ensure on-time and budget-conscious delivery.

The ideal candidate is a Civil Engineer with 10–15 years of construction industry experience, capable of supervising a wide project area and mentoring junior staff. ACCIONA champions diversity and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of structural engineering projects from concept to construction and inspection.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Lead and supervise a team of structural engineers and designers.
• Mentor and train junior engineers and drafters, providing technical guidance and support.
• Communicate technical aspects of a project to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Conduct site inspections to evaluate structural integrity and compliance with design plans.
• Prepare technical reports and review documentation.
• Address design deficiencies and make necessary recommendations.
