Job summary

ACCIONA in Infrastructure is seeking an Area Manager for the MCRP02 project located in San Fernando, Pampanga. You will manage the full lifecycle of structural engineering projects from concept and design through construction and inspection.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years of construction experience, can lead and supervise a wide project area, mentor junior engineers, and communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering and licensed if applicable.
• 10–15 years of construction industry experience.
• Proven ability to lead and supervise a wide project area.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of structural engineering projects from concept to construction.
• Monitor progress to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Lead and supervise a team of structural engineers and designers.
• Mentor and train junior engineers and drafters.
• Communicate technical aspects to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Conduct site inspections to evaluate structural integrity.
• Prepare technical reports and review documentation.
• Address design deficiencies and provide recommendations.
