Job summary

ACCIONA in Infrastructure is seeking an Area Manager for the MCRP02 project in San Fernando, Pampanga. You will oversee the full lifecycle of structural engineering works, from design to construction, ensuring safety, quality, and budget alignment.

You will lead a team of engineers and drafters, mentor juniors, conduct site inspections, prepare reports, and communicate complex technical issues to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10–15 years of extensive construction experience.
• Ability to lead a team and supervise wide project areas.
• Strong communication and mentorship skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of structural engineering projects from design through construction and inspection.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Lead and supervise a team of engineers and drafters.
• Mentor and train junior engineers and drafters with technical guidance.
• Communicate technical aspects to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections to verify structural integrity and design compliance.
• Prepare technical reports and review documentation.
• Address design deficiencies and propose effective recommendations.

Job Description

• Manage the full lifecycle of structural engineering projects, from initial concept and design through to construction and inspection.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Lead and supervise a team of structural engineers and designers.
• Mentor and train junior engineers and drafters, providing technical guidance and support.
• Communicate technical aspects of a project to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Conduct site inspections to evaluate structural integrity and ensure construction is in compliance with design plans.
• Prepare technical reports and review documentation.
• Address design deficiencies and make necessary recommendations.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Graduate of Civil Engineer
• 10-15 years of extensive experience in construction industry
