Job summary

ACCIONA in Pampanga, Philippines is seeking a Site Architect for the MCRP-02 project in San Fernando to lead architectural coordination on-site and support design alignment with structural engineers. The role requires licensure (PRC) and hands-on site supervision experience.

You will prepare shop drawings, review material approvals, and ensure strict adherence to building codes, quality and safety standards while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and participating in project meetings.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect with PRC registration.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in architectural and structural works.
• Experience in office-based design/coordination and site supervision.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and building code knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with structural engineers, consultants, and other disciplines to align design and construction.
• Prepare, review, and update architectural shop drawings, material approvals and method statements.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor compliance with design, quality and safety standards.
• Provide technical support during project execution and resolve design-related issues.

Job Description

• Coordinate with structural engineers, consultants, and other disciplines to ensure design and construction alignment.

Required Skills and Competencies
