Job summary

ACCIONA in Infrastructure is seeking an Area Manager for the MCRP02 project in San Fernando, Pampanga. You will lead a team of structural engineers and drafters, overseeing the full lifecycle from initial design through construction and inspection.

Strong leadership and extensive construction experience are essential to deliver on time and within budget. The role requires a Civil Engineer degree and the ability to communicate complex technical information to diverse stakeholders on site.

Qualifications

• Civil engineering degree required.
• 10–15 years of construction industry experience.
• Proven leadership and capability to supervise large project areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of structural engineering projects from concept to construction and inspection.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Lead and supervise a team of structural engineers and designers.
• Mentor junior engineers and drafters with technical guidance.
• Communicate technical aspects to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Conduct site inspections to verify structural integrity and code compliance.
• Prepare technical reports and review documentation.
• Address design deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.

Job Description

• Manage the full lifecycle of structural engineering projects, from initial concept and design through to construction and inspection.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Lead and supervise a team of structural engineers and designers.
• Mentor and train junior engineers and drafters, providing technical guidance and support.
• Communicate technical aspects of a project to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Conduct site inspections to evaluate structural integrity and ensure construction is in compliance with design plans.
• Prepare technical reports and review documentation.
• Address design deficiencies and make necessary recommendations.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Graduate of Civil Engineer
