Job summary

ACCIONA in Infrastructure is seeking an Area Manager for a project in San Fernando, Pampanga. You will manage the full lifecycle of structural projects from concept through construction and inspection.

Lead a team of engineers and designers, mentor juniors, supervise a wide project area, ensure on-time, budget-conscious delivery, and perform site inspections with clear technical reporting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Civil Engineer.
• 10–15 years of extensive experience in construction.
• Able to lead a team.
• Able to supervise wide project area of assignment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of structural engineering projects, from initial concept and design through to construction and inspection.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Lead and supervise a team of structural engineers and designers.
• Mentor and train junior engineers and drafters, providing technical guidance and support.
• Communicate technical aspects of a project to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Conduct site inspections to evaluate structural integrity and ensure construction is in compliance with design plans.
• Prepare technical reports and review documentation.
• Address design deficiencies and make necessary recommendations.
