HireMe.ph in the Philippines is seeking an Area Manager to oversee station operations and ensure smooth daily performance across assigned locations. You will lead teams, optimize service delivery, and drive revenue growth through effective supervision and coaching.

The role requires 3–5 years in retail or a similar field, strong leadership, willingness to travel, and a valid driver's license. A background in oil is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in retail or a similar role (Oil Industry is advantage)
• Experience in operations or people management
• Willing to travel within assigned areas and hold a professional driver's license

Responsabilités

• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations within your assigned area, ensuring efficiency and smooth functioning of service stations.
• Team Management: Lead and develop your team through training, coaching, and performance feedback to foster skill improvement and goal achievement.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty, handling complaints and resolving issues to maintain positive relations.
• Volume and Sales: Monitor sales performance, utilizing insights to craft marketing strategies that enhance revenue and market presence.
• Budget Management: Formulate and oversee budgets, aligning them with organizational objectives and financial goals.
• Compliance and Safety: Guarantee compliance with safety standards and regulatory mandates, including staff training in these areas.
• Performance Reporting: Regularly report to the Operations Department on key indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and strategize accordingly.
