Job summary

Hireme.Ph is seeking an Area Manager to oversee station operations across assigned areas, driving efficiency and strong service standards. The role emphasizes hands-on team leadership, coaching, and performance management to achieve targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.

You will monitor sales, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements while reporting to the Operations Department.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations or people management.
• 3-5 years experience in retail industry or a similar role; Oil industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office and other business-related software.
• Willing to travel within assigned areas.
• Professional driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations within your assigned area, ensuring efficiency and smooth functioning of service stations.
• Team Management: Lead and develop your team through training, coaching, and performance feedback to foster skill improvement and goal achievement.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty, handling complaints and resolving issues to maintain positive relations.
• Volume and Sales: Monitor sales performance, utilizing insights to craft marketing strategies that enhance revenue and market presence.
• Budget Management: Formulate and oversee budgets, aligning them with both organizational objectives and financial goals.
• Compliance and Safety: Guarantee compliance with safety standards and regulatory mandates, including staff training in these areas.
• Performance Reporting: Regularly report to the Operations Department on key indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and strategize accordingly.
