This position is accountable for the growth and retention of accounts to drive revenue. The role requires a proven track record of managing a large team to deliver first generation IFM outsourcing contracts.
Developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. Account Managers also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience. This position may require occasional travel.
Key Accountabilities
Account Development
- Lead a successful transition team to deliver a 100+ site portfolio from input to output base operating model.
- Implement a Key Account Development Plan (ADP) framework. These includes but is not limited to SOP methodology, KPI monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, risk register, compliance, QHSE, audits, ESG initiatives and stakeholder management.
- Grow above base project work.
- Develop and implement an innovation and technology lead transformation programme.
- Proposes a savings glide path to AGS and year on year improvements.
Operations
- Lead the transition team from mobilisation to steady state.
- Manage a team of Supervisors, Team Leaders, on-site operations team and mobile team with P&L accountability.
- Ensure the execution of all work orders from the 24/7 helpdesk.
- Deliver contractual SLA and KPI for cleaning, landscape and pest control services.
- Monitors subcontractors’ compliance to scope and SLA.
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reporting.
- Be the senior point of contact for conflict resolutions.
- Develop training to ensure a high-performance technology driven culture on-site.
- Ensure area compliance to HSE.
- Supports the administrative requirements to be able to invoice the client on time.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in operations management, Project Management, or similar.
- Preferably Registered for any Engineering Course.
- Extensive experience in an operations management position, or similar.
- In-depth knowledge of project management and strategic planning.
