Job summary

Goldilocks Bakeshop Inc. is seeking an Area Manager to oversee multiple stores in the designated region. You will lead Store Managers, set performance targets, and drive growth through strategic planning, efficiency improvements, and strong people management.

The role requires 3 to 5 years in a multi-unit management position, excellent leadership, and the ability to manage operations across several stores while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in an Area Manager or similar multi-unit management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple store operations simultaneously.
• Strong financial, operations, and people management capabilities.
