M. Montesclaros Hospitality Corp. is looking for a talented Area Manager to oversee multi-unit operations, drive sales, and control costs. In this role, you will lead store teams, manage daily operations and inventory, ensure food safety compliance, and conduct audits to maintain high-performance standards and exceptional guest experiences.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure store profitability through effective sales generation, labor management, cost control measures, operational efficiency, and execution of business initiatives across all assigned stores.
• Monitor, analyze, and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales growth, labor productivity, food cost, inventory variance, guest satisfaction, profitability, and operational compliance.
• Maintain strict inventory management, ordering systems, stock accuracy, variance control, waste reduction initiatives, and asset protection across all assigned outlets.
• Conduct regular business reviews, operational audits, store visits, and performance assessments to identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Develop, coach, mentor, and evaluate Restaurant Managers, Supervisors, Team Leaders, and future leaders to strengthen operational capability and succession readiness.
• Implement action plans based on sales trends, operational reports, customer feedback, audit results, and store performance data to improve overall business results.
• Ensure accountability of store leadership teams in achieving financial, operational, customer service, food safety, and people development objectives.
• Drive operational discipline, execution excellence, and performance culture across all assigned stores while ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives.
• Ensure consistent implementation and execution of company policies, SOPs, food safety standards, sanitation requirements, and brand standards across all stores.
• Monitor daily operational performance and provide immediate support and resolution for operational issues affecting sales, guest experience, product quality, and profitability.
• Ensure stores maintain operational readiness through proper manpower deployment, equipment functionality, facility maintenance, and product availability.
• Lead execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, promotional activities, and company initiatives within the assigned area.
• Conduct regular store immersions and operational validations to ensure standards are consistently executed and sustained.
• Review store manpower requirements, scheduling practices, labor utilization, and staffing levels to maximize productivity and operational efficiency.
• Ensure timely submission and accuracy of operational reports, sales reports, inventory reports, action plans, and business reviews.
• Identify underperforming stores and implement focused action plans to improve sales performance, profitability, operational standards, and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor customer feedback, guest concerns, and service recovery efforts to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Support new store openings, store renovations, training activities, and operational readiness programs within the assigned city.
• Act as the primary operational leader within the assigned area, ensuring company goals, strategic initiatives, and operational directives are effectively communicated and executed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Service Management, or any related field is preferred.
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in restaurant, retail, coffee shop, or hospitality operations. Proven experience in handling multiple stores or multi-unit operations within a city or assigned area. Strong background in store profitability, KPI management, cost control, inventory management, and people development. Experience in sales analysis, operational reporting, manpower management, and business performance evaluation. Experience in leading store openings, operational improvements, and team coaching is an advantage.
