Overview

Responsible for overseeing the assigned area, developing goals and plans, owning the implementation and measuring the plans with the use of Balanced Scorecard. Works with a Team of Family Advisors (FA5 to FA1), responsible and accountable for the BSC and SLAs assigned to the team. Oversees the entire health and performance of the Area with a portfolio of Family Advisor walking alongside homeschooling families.

• Works with a Team of Family Advisors (FA5 to FA1), responsible and accountable for the BSC and SLAs assigned to the team
• Oversees the entire health and performance of the Area with a portfolio of Family Advisor walking alongside homeschooling families

Position Goals

• Keeps herself grounded on what the homeschooling community needs by directly handling and journeying with a number of families from various homeschool stages.
• Oversees, manages and reports a portfolio of homeschooling families under DepEd and Wellspring Christian Family School (WCFS) with the use of HG Systems
• Stands as an advisor for both DepEd and WCFS
• Assigned to handle a specific area.
• Conducts Homeschool Training Modules to equip, empower and certify Parent- Teachers
• Stands as an academic advisor and family counselor for all grade levels from Preschool to Grade 12
• Specializes on a specific grade level as level advisor: (to be agreed upon with the employee)
• Handles management appointed family portfolio who belong to the categories of Influencer for Homeschooling Advocacy, HG family, and/or FA family
• Directly handle a minimum of 30-40 students from various grade levels
• Any additional assignment of Learner would be subject to a prearranged agreement
• Collectively oversees a portfolio of around 100-250 students within the assigned area
• Collectively oversees a portfolio of a minimum of around 5-10 Family Advisors
• Assumes special projects and tasks as assigned by the immediate superior and HG leadership

Reporting Line

• Reports directly to the Unit Head
• Being in both education and service industry, availability for the families should be flexible and subject to set Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Turn Around Time (TAT) set in the Balanced Scorecard (BSC)
• As needed, families from other areas may be handled as placeholders.
