Qualifications

• Graduate of a four-year business-related course.
• Internal candidates: at least 2 years as a Team Leader.
• External candidates: at least 3 years in a relevant role.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.

• Goal-oriented with strong leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across three hubs (Valenzuela, Upper QC, Manila).
• Plan, direct, and monitor teams to achieve targets.
• Ensure compliance with policies and guidelines.
• Assign and delegate tasks based on needs.
• Establish checks, controls, and accountability within teams.
• Coordinate changes with the Immediate Head for documentation.
• Monitor permits, licenses, contracts, leases, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee cashiering and maintain records and reports.
• Review and approve leave requests within authority.
