Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks a proactive Community Development Coordinator to liaise with partner institutions and support program expansion.

You will plan and organize trainings such as PMES and Ownership Seminars for existing and potential members, ensuring smooth execution and strong stakeholder relationships in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a four-year course, preferably Social Science, Social Work or Community Development.
• Experience in community development work (6 months) preferred.
• Proficient with computers and basic software.
• Detail oriented with strong planning, organizational and coordination skills.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage relationships between the cooperative and partner institutions.
• Conduct trainings including PMES and Ownership Seminars.

Responsible for coordinating, collaborating and managing the relationship of the Cooperative with other institutions and individuals for various programs and projects in areas of operation / expansion. Responsible for conducting trainings for existing and potential members, including but not limited to Pre-membership Education Seminar (PMES) and Ownership Seminars.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any four-year course preferably Social Science, Social Work, Community Development or equivalent education
• Preferably with 6 months experience on community development work
• Possesses proficiency on the use of computer
• Detail oriented with strong planning, organizational and coordination skills
• With strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
• Strong relationship building skills and accustomed to working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
