Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course preferably Social Science, Social Work, Community Development or equivalent education.
• Proficiency with computers and basic software.
• Detail oriented with strong planning, organizational and coordination skills.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, collaborate and manage the Cooperative's relationships with institutions and individuals for programs and projects.
• Conduct trainings for existing and potential members, including PMES and Ownership Seminars.
• Support program expansion efforts through effective planning and execution.
