Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and comfortable conducting client visits and field sales activities.
• Ability to develop new accounts, follow up on leads, and manage multiple sales opportunities.
• Willingness to learn technical product specifications and applications for glass and surface film solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in architectural, decorative, and related markets
• Proactively approach potential clients, contractors, architects, interior designers, and premium customers
• Conduct client visits, product presentations, and business meetings to promote Merx Prime's solutions
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers and follow up on sales opportunities
• Work toward assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable glass and surface film solutions
• Prepare quotations, proposals, product presentations, and other sales materials
• Support the development and implementation of marketing plans aligned with sales objectives
• Monitor market trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities
