The role emphasizes leadership in planning, design development, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with large-scale, complex developments, and may contribute significantly during planning, development, and project coordination phases.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect with substantial professional experience.
• Experience in planning, design development, and project consultation.
• Experience with mid-rise and high-rise office buildings and large-scale developments.
• Familiarity with LEED and BERDE certifications is an advantage.
• Strong coordination and communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to provide independent professional judgment and practical design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional architectural advice throughout the project.
• Review and evaluate architectural plans, concepts, layouts, and design proposals.
• Guide design development, functionality, aesthetics, and constructability.
• Review project requirements and provide architectural input appropriate to scale and use.
• Coordinate with the project design team and other consultants on architectural concerns.
• Identify design issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Provide input on building standards, sustainability considerations, and green building requirements.
• Assist in maintaining design quality and consistency throughout project development.

ARCHITECTURAL CONSULTANT (Consultancy / Project-Based / Could be Full-time)

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Consultant to provide professional expertise, design direction, and technical guidance for our current and upcoming projects.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in large-scale, complex developments and can contribute valuable insights during planning, design development, and project coordination.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensed Architect with substantial professional experience

• Strong experience in architectural planning, design development, and project consultation

• Familiar with the planning and design of mid-rise and high-rise office buildings and other large-scale developments

• Experience with sports complexes, parks, playgrounds, or similar institutional/recreational projects is an advantage

• Capable of reviewing architectural plans and providing sound design and technical recommendations

• Able to assess design proposals and identify potential architectural, functional, and coordination concerns

• Strong understanding of building planning, space programming, design standards, and project requirements

• Familiarity with LEED and BERDE Certification is an advantage

• Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work with architects, engineers, consultants, and project stakeholders

• Able to provide independent professional judgment and practical design solutions

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
