Qualifications

• Licensed Architect or with relevant professional certification is an advantage, depending on project requirements.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in architectural design, drafting, construction, or related fields preferred.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, construction details, and building materials.
• Good knowledge of design principles, space planning, and construction methods.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to conduct site visits when required.
