Job summary

Filinvest Group in Manila is seeking a skilled CAD Operator to produce accurate architectural and interior drawings from approved concepts, sketches and specs. You will translate design intent into clear, coordinated 2D drawings suitable for design development, tender, construction and as-built documentation.

The role emphasizes interior architecture details over FF&E, requiring strong AutoCAD proficiency, meticulous attention to dimensions, and coordination with Structural, MEPF, Landscape,

Qualifications

• Graduate in Architecture or related technical course with 2–5 years of drafting experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD for detailed 2D drawings.
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit and Navisworks is an advantage.
• Experience in hotels, resorts, commercial, residential developments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop detailed architectural and interior drawings using AutoCAD.
• Produce site development plans, floor plans, elevations and sections.
• Create RCP, finish plans, interior elevations, partitions and details.
• Coordinate drawings with Structural, MEPF, Landscape, Kitchen and Signage teams.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate for clarifications with the Design Team.
• Update drawing packages for Design Development, Tender, IFC, and As-Built docs.
• Maintain drawing standards, file organization, and revision records.
• Support site coordination and revise details from verified site conditions.
