You will work with engineers, architects and project managers to translate design requirements into precise CAD outputs and ensure adherence to standards and codes. You will manage multiple drawings, review for accuracy, and keep comprehensive filing of all project drawings and documentation, ensuring clarity in labeling,

Qualifications

Proficiency in AutoCAD with experience creating technical drawings in construction/engineering.
Strong knowledge of engineering drawing standards, conventions and codes.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Familiarity with Revit or related design software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Create, modify and maintain detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD per project specs.
Prepare construction drawings, schematics, and other technical docs for implementation.
Collaborate with engineers, architects and managers to translate design needs into CAD drawings.
Review drawings for accuracy and compliance with codes before submission.
Update drawings based on feedback from design teams and stakeholders.
Maintain organized filing systems for all drawings and docs.
Ensure drawings are labeled, scaled and dimensioned clearly.
Coordinate with team members to ensure consistency across drawing sets.
Support tender and project proposal activities requiring technical drawings.
