Job summary

FGC+ is seeking a detail-oriented Draftsman (CAD Specialist) to convert concepts into precise, construction-ready drawings. You will work with architects, designers, engineers, and PMs on residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, producing comprehensive drawing packages and organized project docs.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is essential, with a solid understanding of drafting, construction methods, and technical documentation in a fast-paced design environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years in drafting or engineering support preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Experience with architectural/industrial drafting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review architectural plans and client requirements.
• Prepare detailed CAD drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections.
• Ensure drawings meet standards, codes, and accuracy.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, engineers, managers.
• Apply construction methods and drafting standards for feasibility.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in drawings promptly.
• Use AutoCAD to update 2D drawings and layouts.
• Utilize Excel/Word/Outlook to manage docs and schedules.
• Maintain attention to detail across multiple projects.
