Job summary

Water-Lite Construction & Development OPC is seeking an Architectural Drafter in Metro Manila to develop 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and Sketchup, and to translate sketches into precise technical drawings. You will ensure compliance with codes and project requirements and collaborate with engineers and project managers for accurate deliverables.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, or related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit or other design software.
Strong understanding of technical drawing standards and construction practices.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.

Responsibilities

Develop and prepare 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and Sketchup Softwares.
Interpret architectural, engineering, and design sketches into accurate technical drawings.
Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, codes, and project requirements.
