Job summary

DOZA Group Inc. is seeking a CAD Operator to support interior fit-out projects in Metro Manila. The role focuses on preparing accurate shop drawings, detailed drawings, revisions, and as-built plans for site implementation and turnover.

You will develop drawings for drywall, partitions, ceilings, finishes, doors, and millwork, review architectural and MEPF plans, and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Drafting Technology or related technical course.
• At least 2 years of CAD/drafting experience, preferably in interior fit-out or building construction.
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D; SketchUp and Revit are advantages.
• Able to read and understand architectural and MEPF plans.
• Experience preparing shop drawings, construction details, and as-built drawings.
• Experience in hotel, commercial, retail, office, or high-end interior fit-out projects is an advantage.
• Able to translate actual site conditions into accurate drawings.
• Detail-oriented, organized, responsive to revisions, and able to meet project deadlines.
• Willing to conduct site visits and be assigned to projects within Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise shop drawings, detailed drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built plans using AutoCAD.
• Develop drawings for interior fit-out works such as drywall and partitions, ceilings, floor and wall finishes, doors, millworks, counters, and other architectural details.
• Review architectural and MEPF drawings and identify conflicts affecting fit-out works.
• Incorporate site measurements, actual conditions, approved changes, and redline comments into drawings.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, PIC, Site Engineers, QA/QC, QS, subcontractors, and other trades regarding drawing requirements.
• Conduct site verification and actual measurements when required.
• Revise drawings based on consultant/client comments and maintain proper revision records.
• Ensure that drawings issued to the site are updated and consistent with approved plans.
• Prepare and update as-built drawings for project close-out and turnover.
• Maintain organized CAD files, drawing registers, and project drawing records.
