SharePro, Inc. in Alabang, Muntinlupa, Philippines, seeks an architectural drafter to prepare architectural and interior drawings using AutoCAD and related software.

You will develop plans, elevations, sections, and finishes, transforming concepts into precise construction drawings. You will coordinate with Structural, MEPF, Landscape, Kitchen and consultants, update drawings for Tender/IFC/revisions, and maintain CAD standards and drawing registers.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Architecture or related technical course with 2–5 years of relevant drafting experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD for detailed 2D architectural drawings.
• Experience with 3D/BIM tools is an advantage for coordination on projects.

Responsabilités

• Prepare architectural/interior drawings using AutoCAD and drafting software.
• Develop plans, elevations, sections, RCPs, details, schedules, and finishes.
• Convert design concepts into accurate construction drawings.
• Coordinate drawings with Structural, MEPF, Landscape, Kitchen, Signage and consultants.
• Identify and resolve drawing discrepancies and coordination issues.
• Update drawings for Tender, IFC, revisions and As-Built documentation.
• Maintain CAD standards, files, drawing registers and revisions.
• Perform drawing quality checks and assist with shop drawing/site coordination.

OFFICE LOCATION: Vector One, Northgate Cyberzone, Alabang, Muntinlupa

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Project Based (12 months)

JOB SUMMARY:

• Prepare architectural and interior drawings using AutoCAD and drafting software.

• Develop plans, elevations, sections, RCPs, details, schedules, and finishes.

• Convert design concepts and mark-ups into accurate construction drawings.

• Develop details based on design intent, materials, standards, and site conditions.

• Coordinate drawings with Structural, MEPF, Landscape, Kitchen, Signage, and consultants.

• Identify and resolve drawing discrepancies and coordination issues.

• Update drawings for Tender, IFC, revisions, and As-Built documentation.

• Maintain CAD standards, files, drawing registers, and revisions.

• Perform drawing quality checks and assist with shop drawing/site coordination.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Architecture, Architectural Technology, Drafting Technology, or a related technical course.

• Preferably with 2–5 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting and preparation of detailed construction drawings.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, particularly in preparation of detailed 2D architectural drawings.

• Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Navisworks, or other 3D/BIM software is an advantage.

• Experience in hotels, resorts, commercial, residential, or similar developments is preferred.
