Job summary

Robinsons Supermarket Corporation is seeking a licensed Architect to supervise project construction across Visayas and Mindanao. You will coordinate with engineers, oversee trades and ensure installations meet approved designs and specs.

The role requires at least 2 years in the field, willingness to work graveyard shifts, and support for multiple banners under the Robinsons portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture is required.
• Willing to be assigned in Visayas and Mindanao.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Willing to work graveyard shift and in the field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor site construction to ensure trades (contractors and suppliers) are working cohesively.
• Coordinate and work with engineers to ensure technical requirements are acceptable and installed accordingly.
• Monitor and check delivery and quality of fixtures, OSM materials and equipment on site and ensure supplies meet approved design and specifications.
• Assist in reviewing concessionaire/tenants design proposals and ensure adherence to standard design guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitors and checks the delivery and quality of the fixtures, Off-Site Manufacturing (OSM) materials and equipment's on site and ensures all supplies and manufacturers delivers the items per approved design and specifications.

• Assists in the review of concessionaire/tenants design proposals and ensures if the standard design guidelines are being followed.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture

• Willing to be assigned in Visayas and Mindanao areas.

• Must have 2 years of working experience in the related field.

• Willing to work in graveyard shift and fieldwork.

• Support different banners (Robinsons Supermarket, The Marketplace, Shopwise).
