Job summary

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Create architectural designs and conceptualize innovative and functional design solutions

• Provide expertise in space planning, material selection, and sustainable design practices

• Review and critique design drafts and proposals to ensure high standards of design quality

• Produce high-quality visual presentations such as sketches, drawings, and 3D models to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders

• Ensure all design outputs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, zoning laws, and accessibility standards

• Execute project implementation based on approved plans, drawings, and contract documents as needed

• Provide on-site supervision when required, including coordination and monitoring of manpower deployment, assignment, and performance

• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Architecture is required

• Candidate with Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam) is an advantage

• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience

• Willingness to be deployed to project sites within or outside Metro Manila is preferred

• Must be willing to work overtime as required
