Job summary

Robinsons Supermarket Corporation is seeking an architect to oversee site construction, coordinate with engineers, and ensure the timely delivery of fixtures and materials for projects. The role requires fieldwork and readiness for graveyard shifts within the retail banners.

The successful candidate will review tenant design proposals for compliance with design guidelines and work closely with SPD Design Supervisor and Manager on approvals.

Qualifications

• 2 years of working experience in related field
• Willing to be in graveyard shift and fieldwork

Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitors closely site construction of an assigned project to ensure that all trades (contractors and Suppliers) are working cohesively.

• Coordinates and works closely with the engineers to make sure all Technical Requirements are acceptable and installed accordingly.

• Monitors and checks the delivery and quality of the fixtures, OSM materials and equipment's on site and ensures all supplies and manufacturers delivers the items per approved design and specifications.

• Assists in the review of concessionaire/tenants design proposals and ensures if the standard design guidelines are being followed prior approval of SPD Design Supervisor and Manager.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture

• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Willing to be in graveyard shift and fieldwork.

• Support different banners (Robinsons Supermarket, The Marketplace, Shopwise, Robinsons Easymart and Uncle John's).
