Job Overview

On-site - Quezon City. 1-3 Yrs Exp. Bachelor. Full-time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Coordinate with team members and stakeholders
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Prepare progress reports and presentations
• Lead project meetings and motivate the team
• Initial and Final measurement for clients
• Layout and monitor site status
• Projection of site completion (areas where cabinets will be installed)
• Coordinate with Site Engineer/Designs/Production/Sales
• Real time reporting on site status
• Knows how to use steel tape; knows how to do layout
• Knows how to read drawings, elevations for cabinet design
• Turn-over and Punch list completed site
• Experience in FIT OUTS

Qualifications

• Preferably Civil Engineer and Architectural Graduate
• At least 1-2 years of experience
