Job summary

DM Consunji, Inc. is seeking an experienced Architect to lead the preparation and monitoring of architectural works for timely technical deliverables.

The role involves managing As-built drawings across disciplines, reviewing construction drawings, and coordinating with consultants and suppliers. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of architecture experience, is a licensed architect, and demonstrates strong knowledge of codes, safety, and quality control.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BS Architecture degree.
• Licensed Architect with active professional registration.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as an Architect.
• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, plans, and models.
• Familiar with building codes and Implementing Rules & Regulations for houses, buildings and structures.
• Experience with QA/QC and ISO forms.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and update of As-built drawings (Architectural/ID, Structural, Electrical/Auxiliary, Fire Sprinkler System, Civil Works, Mechanical, Plumbing).
• Review and checking of As-built drawings and management of As-built drawings.
• Reading/interpretation of plans and specifications.
• Preparation and review of shop Drawings/ISD/CSD.
• Review of For Construction Drawings and preparation of RFIs/CVI/SI.
• Preparation of Submittals and monitoring of Submittals and RFIs.
• Monitoring and closing-out of Non-Compliance Notices.
• Technical Evaluation of materials for procurement and coordination with consultants.
• Supervision of Architectural Sub-contractors and management of works, correspondence to Subcontractors and Suppliers.
• Conduct QA/QC inspection with required ISO forms and punch listing prior to turnover.

About the role

About you

• Graduate of BS Architecture

• At least 8 years work experience as Architect

• Licensed Architect

• In depth knowledge in Architectural, tools, and principles to produce precision technical plans, blue prints, drawings, & models

• In depth knowledge in materials, understanding of business codes and Implementing Rules & Regulations for houses, buildings, and other structures

• Extensive knowledge on Quality Control Policies

• Ability to conduct CQC meetings

• Good Interpersonal Skills and good communication and written skills

• Understanding of Safety rules
