We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Architect to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing innovative spaces, creating detailed working drawings, conducting site visits, preparing cost estimates, and coordinating with various departments to ensure project success from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare concept plans, 3D renderings, and detailed design documents.
• Produce precise construction drawings, including plans, sections, and elevations, ensuring all details are clear and buildable.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to align on technical specifications and feasibility.
• Conduct pre-construction site assessments to evaluate conditions and gather essential data.
• Visit project sites during construction to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with design, quality standards, and timelines.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and project resources, ensuring alignment with the project budget.
• Analyze and recommend cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality and design integrity.
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to ensure timely procurement of materials and resources.
• Work with the Marketing department to align project aesthetics with branding and promotional strategies.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and other internal teams to streamline project execution and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
