GHD Pty Ltd in Manila region seeks an experienced Architect to join a remote-assist workshare with our UAE office. You will contribute to technical delivery, drafting, and model development using Revit, ensuring high-quality documents across projects.

With 5+ years' experience and strong detailing skills, you will mentor teammates, perform reviews, and maintain design integrity while collaborating across hybrid teams in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Strong Revit skills; rendering in Revit is a plus.
• Experience with architectural detailing and joinery is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed drawings and documents meeting project brief and specs.
• Develop drawings, models, reports, and other design documents.
• Deliver technical documentation and Revit model development.
• Collaborate with Senior Architect/Design Manager on technical outputs.
• Oversee QA/QC of design documents and models.
• Perform Revit clash detection and multidisciplinary checks.
• Review models for accuracy and dimensional integrity.
• Self-manage drafting processes and data modeling.
• Mentor and upskill design team on technical delivery.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for experiencedArchitect as part of a workshare team, remotely assisting our UAE office while in collaboration with our Architecture Design Group.

This position offers good variety of work that will see you involved in:

• Working closely with architects/engineers and other designers to produce a detailed set of documents and drawings that meet project brief, scope, and specifications.
• Prepare, and develop drawings, models, specifications, reports, and other documents relating to the design.
• Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the technical and design documentation/Revit Model development.
• Work closely with the Senior Architect/Design Manager to produce technical documentation for various projects.
• Have full oversight and quality check of production of design and technical documentation.
• Responsible for Revit clash detection and multidisciplinary checks.
• Checking project models and drawings for quality assurance and dimensional accuracy.
• Self-management and coordination of drafting processes, data, and modeling information.
• Mentoring, sharing knowledge, and upskilling the design team regarding Technical Delivery and Model development.

What you will bring to the team:

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
• High level of skill in Revit. Rendering in Revit is a plus.
• Good experience with architectural detailing.
• Familiarity with joinery, finishes and other interior design documentation is a plus.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and able to review/check their own work before submission to team lead.
• Regenerative design / dynamo / grasshopper, etc. is a plus- Understanding in ESD concept and Revit plugin (insight etc) is a plus.

This job offer can be based either inMakati, Quezon City or Cebu City,depending on your home base / location.
