Job summary

GHD Cebu City is seeking an experienced Architect to join a workshare team, remotely supporting our UAE office in collaboration with our Architecture Design Group. You will work with architects, engineers and designers to produce a detailed set of documents and drawings that meet project briefs and specifications, and develop Revit models for multiple projects.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a high level of Revit skill; rendering in Revit is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• High level of skill in Revit; Rendering in Revit is a plus.
• Good experience with architectural detailing.
• Familiarity with joinery, finishes and other interior design documentation is a plus.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and review own work before submission to team lead.
• Regenerative design / dynamo / grasshopper, etc. is a plus; understanding in ESD concepts and Revit plugins is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce a detailed set of documents and drawings that meet project briefs, scope, and specifications.
• Prepare and develop drawings, models, specifications, reports, and other documents relating to the design.
• Deliver day-to-day technical and design documentation/Revit model development.
• Collaborate with Senior Architect/Design Manager to produce technical documentation for projects.
• Maintain oversight and perform quality checks on production of design and technical documentation.
• Mentor and upskill the design team on Technical Delivery and Model development.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for experienced Architect as part of a workshare team, remotely assisting our UAE office while in collaboration with our Architecture Design Group.

This position offers good variety of work that will see you involved in:

• Working closely with architects/engineers and other designers to produce a detailed set of documents and drawings that meet project brief, scope, and specifications.
• Prepare, and develop drawings, models, specifications, reports, and other documents relating to the design.
• Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the technical and design documentation/Revit Model development.
• Work closely with the Senior Architect/Design Manager to produce technical documentation for various projects.
• Have full oversight and quality check of production of design and technical documentation.
• Responsible for Revit clash detection and multidisciplinary checks.
• Checking project models and drawings for quality assurance and dimensional accuracy.
• Self-management and coordination of drafting processes, data, and modeling information.
• Mentoring, sharing knowledge, and upskilling the design team regarding Technical Delivery and Model development.

What you will bring to the team:

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
