Job summary

TBEI OPC in the Philippines seeks an Architect to join our collaborative team, coordinating with clients, contractors, suppliers, engineers and other project stakeholders.

You will produce design documents, drawings, and shop drawings, oversee on-site inspections, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements include a licensed architect or BS Architecture, proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and MS PowerPoint, and a detail-oriented work style.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect or graduate of a BS Architecture program.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or equivalent CAD software, SketchUp and MS PowerPoint.
• Strong sense of urgency, work ethic, attention to detail; organized and systematic.

Responsibilities

• Produce deliverables for ongoing projects including detail drawings, shop drawings and as-built drawings for submission and approval.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to discuss timelines, deliverables and budgets.
• Produce design documents and drawings for design-build projects.
• Coordinate with on-site personnel and conduct periodic on-site inspections to gather or verify data.

About the role

TBEI OPC is looking for architects to join our collaborative team. The role involves coordinating with clients, contractors, suppliers, engineers, and other project stakeholders, creating designs and plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, directing engineering teams, and conducting construction oversight.

Key responsibilities

1. Produce deliverables for the company's on-going projects including but not limited to the following :

   1.1 Detail Drawings, Shop Drawings, and As-Built Drawings for submission to and approval by the company's clients ;

   1.2 Progress reports and presentations ;

2. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to discuss project timelines, deliverables, and budgets including the following :

   2.1 Coordinate with third-party design sub-contractors to push submission of design deliverables ;

   2.2 Coordinate with client representatives for approval of said design deliverables ;

   2.3 Produce documents and drawings as needed to serve as reference for the above ;

3. Produce Design Documents and Drawings for the company's design-build projects ;

4. Coordinate with the company's on-site personnel and conduct periodic on-site inspection as needed to gather or verify data for the above.

About you

• Licensed Architect or at least a graduate of a B.S. Architecture program ;
• Proficient or knowledgeable in AutoCAD or equivalent CAD software, SketchUp, and MS PowerPoint ;
• Strong sense of urgency, work ethic, and attention to detail ; organized and systematic.
