Job summary

Arta Technik is seeking a full-time architect/engineer to plan and design innovative architectural solutions for diverse clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare detailed drawings and models using CAD tools, and conduct site visits for informed project planning and execution.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Architecture or Engineering, a PRC license, and 3+ years of relevant experience, with strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and BIM tools.

About the role

As a full-time employee, you will play a key role in the planning and design of innovative architectural solutions for our diverse range of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and develop architectural designs that meet client requirements and exceed expectations
• Preparing detailed architectural drawings, sketches, and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other design tools
• Conducting site visits, surveys, and analysis to gather relevant data and information for project planning, design and execution
• Ensuring compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the design process
• Providing technical support and advice to clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Staying up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and industry best practices

About you

• A degree in Architecture and/or Engineering
• A PRC License is required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an architectural or engineering role, preferably within the design and construction industry
• Strong proficiency in using CAD software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BIM tools
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams and clients
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
