Job summary

Nova Works Corp. in the Philippines is seeking a qualified Licensed Architect to join our team as Site Architect. You will coordinate construction activities, supervise works, and ensure compliance with architectural plans and building codes.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, is licensed in the Philippines, proficient in AutoCAD, and able to read and interpret construction drawings. You will report to project sites and collaborate with contractors and engineers.

Qualifications

• Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and a valid professional license in the Philippines.
• Experience in site coordination and construction supervision is required.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily construction and site activities.
• Supervise construction works to ensure compliance with plans, specs and codes.
• Read, interpret, and review architectural and construction drawings.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, engineers and project personnel.
• Monitor project progress, workmanship, and material quality.

About the role

The successful candidate will help ensure that construction activities are properly coordinated, comply with project specifications, and are completed according to established quality standards and schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily construction and site activities.
