Virginia Food, Inc (VFI) is hiring an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to oversee AR-Trade recording at the Head Office in Cebu City. You will supervise AR staff, enforce policies, and guide payment collections while preparing management reports.

The role requires a graduate in Accountancy or Management Accounting with 2-3 years of supervisory and credit management experience, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Supervise recording of AR-Trade transactions and ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Lead monthly review of past due accounts and formulate collection plans.
• Handle customer and supplier calls with high service levels and prepare operating reports.
• Analyze AR-TRADE by customer and area; ensure timely recording of sales collections and deductions.
