Job summary

Prifood Corporation in the Philippines is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to lead AR workflows and supervise RD staff, ensuring accurate posting, reconciliations, and credit memo processes. You will partner with Sales to resolve account issues and drive timely collections.

The role requires 2–3 years in AR within manufacturing or FMCG, strong Excel and ERP skills, and high attention to detail. On-site position with growth opportunities in finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related business course.
• 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of AR processes, customer reconciliation, and collection management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple distributor accounts and meet deadlines.
• High accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sales on customer account issues and collections.
• Investigate short payments, deductions, and unapplied receipts to keep records accurate.
• Post and reconcile AR transactions; monitor 72-hour posting targets.
• Reconcile RD accounts and ensure balance integrity.
• Prepare and issue Credit Memos; validate postings.
• Monitor Bad Order processes and related credits.
• Support in monthly Sales Reports and BIR-related data.
