Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to manage end-to-end debtor cycles, invoicing and collections across multiple divisions. The role focuses on accurate billing, timely receipting and dispute resolution within a busy finance environment.

You will work with NetSuite and ServiceTitan, while maintaining strong cashflow controls, credit management and month-end processes. A detail-oriented communicator is essential for effective customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite.
• Exposure to ServiceTitan or a comparable field service management platform.
• Experience in the trades, construction, home services or field service industries.
• Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping, or working towards a finance/accounting qualification.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing & Receipting: ensure all completed jobs are invoiced accurately and promptly.
• Collections & Credit Control: manage aged debtors and drive DSO down.
• Onboarding & Credit Management: onboard new commercial customers and assess credit.
• Dispute Resolution: investigate and resolve billing queries with clear notes and deadlines.
• Reconciliations & Month-End: reconcile subledger to GL and prepare AR reports.
• Controls & Continuous Improvement: maintain segregation of duties and seek process improvements.
